1、In order to ensure the cleanliness of the air supply required for the painting process, filter bags and filter layers must be correctly selected. The air supply system in the painting room is generally equipped with coarse filtration (primary filtration) and fine filtration, using primary and medium-effect filter bags respectively. In the painting room, the dynamic and static pressure room and the roof generally also need to set up filter bags (instead of even flow) and non-woven filter layer.
Spraying operations between the roof of the filter layer of the material and laying quality, the quality of the non-woven filter layer will directly affect the uniformity of airflow and coating quality, the thickness of the laying should be uniform, clamping, there should be no leakage seams, the choice of non-woven fabric should be non-dusting type. If 1~2 layers of sticky gauze are placed under the non-woven filter layer, it will better ensure the degree of purification of the air entering the painting room.
In the process of new installation of paint spraying room, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the air supply system (duct, dynamic, static pressure chamber, etc.), which should be wiped clean and installed before cold commissioning, which should be thoroughly cleaned and wiped clean, start the supply and exhaust fan to run for a certain period of time, and then install the filter bag and filter layer before formal production.
In the spray paint room operation should often check the filter layer (bag) before and after the air pressure difference, if the pressure difference is large rain rated value, it is necessary to replace or clean the filter bag (layer).
2, spray paint room system equipment is strictly prohibited in the use of materials containing oil leading to shrinkage of the coating film (such as organosilicone, oil, etc.) and accessories. Such as sealants, gaskets, sealing rubber strips, etc. must pass the shrinkage test before selection, to confirm that no substances leading to shrinkage before use.
3、The circulating water of the paint spraying room must be added with the paint mist coagulant which is suitable for the paint used. If no coagulant is added, the paint droplets falling into the water will still be sticky and adhere to the pipe wall, drip board and paint mist catcher of the circulating water system, which will affect the catching efficiency and cause the pipeline to be blocked, and it is not easy to clean.
If the coagulant is selected appropriately and managed professionally, the cycle of circulating water discharge in the paint spraying room can be greatly extended. General automobile factory discharge once every 2~3 months, the longest is once every six months.
4、Only by strengthening the maintenance management of the paint booth can we give full play to the function of the paint booth and ensure the quality of painting. Its maintenance management items are as follows.
(1) the development of spray paint room operating procedures, training qualified personnel.
(2) Develop the cleaning management system of the spray paint room. In the spraying process, the paint spraying room is very easy to be contaminated by paint mist, every shift (or daily) to keep the spraying station neat and clean, and must be cleaned every week. Must often check the working state and cleanliness of the wall plate and water washing device, etc., must also regularly check the cleanliness of the exhaust fan blades, to achieve timely cleaning.
(3) should develop daily, monthly and annual maintenance matters of the spray paint room, daily, monthly and annual maintenance.
