The gas heating system is generally designed by the direct heat type, which has a fast heating rate and high efficiency. 100% of the heat enters the furnace and no waste will be generated.

Our burner is equipped with proportional adjustment and frequency conversion. The reaction signal of the probe is automatically adjusted to the amount of fire, the temperature of the furnace is kept consistent and the temperature difference is controlled within ±3°. Our burner is Riello brand.

Most other companies use single-off or double-off fire switch to control temperature and reduce production costs.
The single-off fire switch will easily exceeds the temperature or the temperature is not enough. A large probability will result in uneven furnace temperature, which will cause chromatic aberration on the surface powder of the workpiece product, especially white powder or light-colored powder, seriously it will damage the adhesion of the powder on the surface of the workpiece and even cause the powder to fall off.
The double-off fire control switch, it is easy to cause temperature difference when the fire is turned off and the probe produces carbon deposit (due to frequent ignition). There will be safety hazards, poor ventilation design will even causes explosions.
