Step One: Pre-treatment
Pretreatment system is for you to wash the oil and dust on the products, it will help you have a good electrostatic spray coating
performance.
The powder coating pre-treatment include Chemical treatment and physical treatment :
Physical cleaning includes methods like scratch brushing and sand blasting.
Chemical cleaning includes removal of dirt, oil and grease.
Engineer in Hanna Metal Technology will will design the pre-treatment equipment according to your demand. Include sandblasting, spraying system or immersing.
Step Two: Drying System
The drying system is for drying the wet workpiece after pre-treatment, It is OEM designed according to different products and place.
Step Three: Powder coating booth for fast color changing (10-15 mins) with big cyclone systerm( up to 98.9%).
Our powder spray boothmakes the items changes color fast in several munites, it will spray the products on the dead angle and the place different to pray. To make sure there is no color different, no color off and no color spill out.
The big cyclone system including both the mono-cyclone and the multi-cyclone, it will make powder recovery reach 98.9%. All can be designed according to your demand by Hanna Metal Technology.
Step Four: Curving Oven
Hanna Metal Technology curing oven could make as tunnel curing oven and bridge powder curing oven. With temperature 180-200 degree centigrade for 15-20mins. Energy could be electric, natural gas, or diesel.
Step Five: Conveyor system
According to different weight produce and the requirements of customer, Hanna Metal Technology engineers will design different
type conveyor. It can be close circuit continue conveyor ,line conveyor etc.
