How to calculate and control the baking time of coated workpiece in powder coating production line

Powder coating is a widely used surface coating technology in industrial production, which can provide durable and beautiful coating for the surface of the workpiece.

The control of the baking time of the coated workpiece is a critical part of the powder coating production line.

Correct baking time can ensure uniform curing of the coating and improve the coating quality, while incorrect baking time may lead to problems such as weak coating and unstable quality.
